PARTY/TENT RESERVATION POLICIES
- MICHIANA RENTAL WILL CONTACT (811) TO HAVE UTILITIES LOCATED. PRIOR LOCATION INSPECTION MAY BEÂ NEEDED
- WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SETUP IF UTILITIES CANNOT BE LOCATED BY 811 WITH NO REFUNDS
- ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE TRUCK ACCESSIBLE WITHIN IMMEDIATE AREA AND CLOSE DISTANCE OF SETUP
- ALL DELIVERIES WILL BE 1-3 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT SCHEDULED AT OUR DISCRETION
- SCHEDULING IS 1 WEEK BEFORE DELIVERY AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AT THAT TIME WHAT DAY
- NO DELIVERIES ARE GUARANTEED ANY SPECIFIC TIMES OR DAYS DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
- ANY MONIES PAID IN ADVANCE INCLUDING ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
- ANY REMAINING BALANCES WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED TO CARD ON FILE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT
- ANY CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF EVENT WILL BE BILLED FOR ENTIRE BALANCE
- NO MODIFICATIONS ALLOWED 21 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT
- ALL POLE TENTS REQUIRE ADDITIONAL 10’ CLEARANCE AROUND ENTIRE PERIMETER FOR STAKING.
- ALL FRAME TENTS WILL BE WEIGHTED OR STAKED AS NEEDED.
- TABLES AND CHAIRS MUST BE PROPERLY STACKED AS THEY WERE LEFT, PRIOR TO PICKUP TO AVOIDÂ ADDITIONAL CHARGES
- ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED CLEAN TO AVOID ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES
- ALL EQUIPMENT MUST REMAIN OUT OF THE WEATHER UNDER COVER OF TENT OR STRUCTURE AT ALL TIMES
- NO FASTENING ANY ITEMS WITH TAPE, STAPLES OR ROPE TO TENTS, SIDES, POLES, TABLES OR CHAIRS. ANYÂ HANGING OR ATTACHING ITEMS MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO SETUP
- MICHIANA RENTAL OR EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO YARD, SPRINKLER SYSTEMS ORÂ ANY PRIVATE UTILITIES FROM SETUP/REMOVAL AND/OR ALLOWED TRUCKS ON GROUNDS
- SPRINKLERS MUST BE COMPLETELY TURNED OFF PRIOR TO START OF INSTALLATION AND REMAIN OFF UNTILÂ AFTER TAKE DOWN IS COMPLETED
- ONCE INSTALLATION HAS BEGUN NO MOVING OF TENTS OR DANCE FLOORS WILL BE ALLOWED
- GRASS MUST BE CUT AT LEAST 3 DAYS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION
- RESPONSIBLE PERSON AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE MUST BE PRESENT AT TIME OF DELIVERY
