60X60 white Century pole tent, a 16×16 dance floor, (24) 60″ round tables, (208) white folding chairs, (4) 8′ banquet tables for head table, (4) 6′ banquet tablesfor food/buffet, (4) trash cans and 120′ of cathedral white tent sides. Various tablecloth colors and patterns are available at an additional cost. Setup and removal of the tent are included in the pricing. Tables, chairs and accessories will be put under the tent in stacks. customer is responsible for setup and breakdown of tables and chairs. Any additional items will be at regular price. POLE TENT PACKAGES HAVE BEEN DISCOUNTED FOR PACKAGE PURPOSES AND THEREFORE CANNOT BE MODIFIED. POLE TENTS REQUIRE STAKING TO HOLD THE TENT IN PLACE AND WILL NEED EXTRA ROOM FOR STRAPS AND STAKES.THEY CANNOT BE PUT UP OVER ASPHALT OR CONCRETE. IF THIS IS REQUIRED THEN A FRAME TENT WILL BE NECESSARY.
